From 1 April 2022 Boiler Grants are only available to home owners in receipt of eligible benefits (owner occupied properties). Private tenants & landlords are no longer eligible for gas boiler grants, but they may be eligible for an Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Panels grant instead.

Please be advised that from 1 April 2022 you only qualify for a Grant if your home is sufficiently insulated. If it is not, our local installer might have to insulate your loft and cavity walls to the latest ECO4 standards at the same time.

Please be advised that during survey only rooms with beds in them will be counted as bedrooms. If you converted one of bedrooms into a study then it does not qualify as a bedroom any longer unless you put a bed in it.

The ECO4 grant scheme that started on the 1 April 2022 will replace your current Gas boiler for FREE only if it is a non-condensing boiler. For other types of fuel, such as Oil, LPG, Electric or Fossil, you may wualify for an Airsource Heat Pump and Solar Panels Grant instead. Please confirm what type of boiler you have.
